UNIK – Guacamole & Steak

A new menu from a new chef…

Dean and Vince keep going on the one and only culinary “unik” journey at Las Colinas Golf and Country Club. 

On this trip they had the “Guacamole 3.1.” fresh avocado from la Vega Baja, avocado and coriander oil with toasted tortilla chips, the most colourful guacamole ever with the lovely pomegranate fruit. 

We had this tasty guacamole accompanied with delicious “Taco marino”: salmon, sautéed prawns, avocado, corn, pickles onion and maracuya mayonnaise served on a corn tortilla…

If you think this sounds yummy, wait until you see the Beef sirloin: Grilled beef sirloin steak, served with truffled potato parmentier, sherry confit shallots, and coffee demi glaze…definitely a moment of “heaven on earth”.

Make sure you keep following the journey because it might turn into a never-ending story…
