Join Vince and Dean as they continue you through their culinary journey of chef Fonsi’s unik menu.

Taste buds keep running at Love Colinas … we chose the perfect spot at the ‘unik’ at Las Colinas Golf on the perfect day, and chose as a starter the “grilled seasonal vegetables with romesco sauce”, followed by the “Burger selection” made with Premium beef, brie cheese, hazelnut praline, blueberries served on a brioche bread…definitely a fantastic burger.

And we also ordered the “Taco cochinilla pibil” made with 24 hour marinated pork, avocado & pickled onion served on a corn tortilla…these were the “most” colourful tacos ever.

When the desserts arrived…it only got better… We actually ordered two desserts: A tasty “Fruit salad” with a nice touch of natural ginger, and the “Chocolate textures” made with chocolate mousse, cocoa and almond crumble, dark chocolate sponge cake and spicy chocolate ice cream … this one took us on a chocolate adventure trip.
