We are back at the Lima community for the second video in our build update series. This time we are taking a look at the Faisan Villa on Las Colinas Golf, this villa which is all on one level features wonderful views over the forest and is west facing. There are three Faisan villas available, the single level one we tour today is €1.210,000 and the version with a garage/basement is €1.385.000. The VistaBella villa, which currently is under construction, is located in the Madroño Community and is being built on a carefully selected plot of 1105 m2. For those who don’t remember, some time ago we toured around the ground floor show apartment of the Madroño Skyvillas, an amazing 3 bed and 2 bath luxury property located in the exclusive Madroño community. In the meantime a new show apartment has been prepared, which of course we have filmed for you so you can have a peek, you will notice it has a completely different lay out, we think you may like. Builders on Las Colinas have been very busy during July, since no heavy works can be carried out in August they have been really pushing forward the construction in progress. The Limonero community has put up an amazing pool deck with stunning views, the infinity pool has been filled…all looks amazing!!!!! The Granado community has its show villa in place, completely finished, furniture is getting in place and only a few fixtures and fittings left as the final touch. Very soon we will be showing you a preview of this surprising property. Madroño community: you must have a look to that pool with a beach entrance overlooking the golf course…WOOOW!!!!! The Nispero community is making fast progress as well, exterior walls are getting painted, and lots of inside works are being done. Make sure you have a look at our tour around the show apartment, located on the ground floor with stunning views and a huge garden. Also a few bits are done in the Ciruelo community… As a reminder stay tuned for more build updates…and if there is something in particular you would like an update for…let us know!!!!
