Buying a property on Las Colinas Golf is not the same as buying in a normal coastal town. It is a special resort with its own communities, service charges, rules, property types and little details that are not always obvious from the outside.

As owners on the resort ourselves, we know Las Colinas first-hand. We can guide you on everything from community fees, running costs and the buying process, to the best restaurants, local services and what each part of the resort is really like to live in.

As a guide, purchase costs are usually around 12%–13% on top of the purchase price. This typically includes taxes, solicitor’s fees, notary fees and land registry costs. If you are considering a Spanish mortgage, we can also introduce you to local banks and help you obtain quotes.

Most purchases on Las Colinas take around 8–12 weeks from reservation to completion, although this can vary depending on the property, legal checks and whether finance is involved. We always recommend using an independent Spanish solicitor, especially if you are not able to travel to Spain during the process. We can introduce you to trusted local solicitors who speak different languages and understand the resort.
